Vw polo 5 speed manual 2003

Has anyone on here got a car like this, would you recommend it as a good car to learn in, wanting to get a smaller car for the kids to learn in, Your throughts would be appreciated, cheers milly

I think the Manual version VW is a great choice (my opinion many will disagree). Some info on the car would help.

Yes good little run about. price is 1000 too much but hey if your not worried all good check to see if all servicing is up to date. Should last a few years easy.

Yours is auto, not so goos for learning to drive or you get stuck with auto only, manual and you can drive anything

It looks like a nice clean tidy car. Get a full PP inspection carried out.
The negatives would only be if you are mostly a jap car family in that the indicators in a polo are on the "wrong" side.

Great choice. Manual, NZ new so you see it's milage and service history. High safety rating for car of that year and size which is important for anyone, especially your kids.

Looks like a nice car. Find out about service history and when the cam belt etc., was last done (receipts). Very good safety rating, handling, economy and also has a very good motor and gearbox. Well worth an inspection.
