As an electrician working for a local council I found that the dirtiest jokes and rudest pictures were to be found on the walls of the womans toilets. Just sayin'.

Oh Judge I was just looking for my camera that I dropped while I was polishing my gumboots to a shine.

The puppet master line.

What is?
What was your objective that apparently is so easy to achieve?

Frightened conservative drowning good ol boys, just trying to make time stand still.

LMFAO you are the one that came down in the last shower!

houseofdad, Jun 20, 3:45am
You were on to him Ronaldo from the get-go, like you observed when the heat is on sr2 wants to get out of the kitchen.

20 threads now and most are turn to politics, seems like all the idiots from the old O&P board have migrated here, bummer.

houseofdad, Jun 26, 9:41am
Blah blah blah, like your latest post adding anything to the thread. No surprises you usually only good for about 3 words each post. Basically opinionless!

sr2, Jun 26, 9:54am
Are you sure you weren't johnf_456 in a previous life?

stevo2, Jun 26, 5:38pm
;) He was weird wasn't he.

jmma, Jun 26, 6:21pm
Unlike you, I don't like to waste words and Opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one.

Na that would not offend me. If the garage was full of gay mechanics or girls i would totally understand why it was there. People are allowed to have fun at work you know.

I can remember when this board was full of car enthusiasts. Now it is shifting to sandal wearing tree huggers and some in lycra that love to tell everyone else what to drive. The vegans of the motoring world i guess.
I love old cars more than new ones but i drive mostly new.
I love ice cars more than EV but do look forward to my first EV and given i buy a lot of new cars i will probably do it sooner than most sandal wearers.
P:S i like naked girls as well.

Religious zealots never went away, they just found a new religion.

Like you, I am certainly no Greenie or sandal wearer. I do like to see my country respected and our natural beauty preserved.
I am now of a senior age and do not agree with pushing my preferences and beliefs onto others. People should be free to decide what they want themselves without interference (as long as it is legal).
I have owned some beautiful motor vehicles over the years, both old and new and loved 90% of them.
Yesterday we bought our first 100% electric vehicle.

3tomany, Jun 26, 8:29pm
Awesome.

houseofdad, Jun 26, 8:36pm
Then you waste words by quoting a 30 year old quote.

stevo2, Jun 26, 8:37pm
Cool. Did they have it in stock or does it need to be ordered in? If so, what's the waiting list?

houseofdad, Jun 26, 8:42pm
What new cars have you bought besides that Everest ? You owned the cop van for years.

It's tat for tit shite on here. Someone posts a post about an EV and fossils come in and give it the what for, and vice versa. There an easy solution
but that is not going to work in reality.

houseofdad, Jun 26, 8:44pm
Awesome John. What did you end up buying ?

cjohnw, Jun 26, 8:50pm
Well, both really. They had one in the showroom which was already sold. Three more are arriving late next week one of which is sold. The two remaining were colours my wife was not that keen on so we opted to order the one we want.
It is in transit now and delivery in 6 weeks.

cjohnw, Jun 26, 8:54pm
Hey mate, after much deliberation we bought the Kona.
Was quite keen on the Tesla, but my wife has had hip surgery and sadly it was just too low.
Pity as it would have saved me about $10k.
We considered the new Peugeot 2008 which was very nice, but the battery and range was a lot less than the Kona and as we make regular trips to Christchurch the extra range was a bit more sensible.
Now we wait. Lol.

headcat, Jun 26, 8:56pm
You should stand in the naughty spot for a really long time for those offenses.

3tomany, Jun 26, 9:03pm
You want my list of new cars? it is a long list.

houseofdad, Jun 26, 9:03pm
Congratulations. Great range great warranty, look good, no doubt they're comfy seating position.

I think you did the right thing I wouldn't buy a European EV, I see they can be problematic.
