Just bought a 2006 Axela which only came with 1 key. I pretty sure its got remote locking and I want to get 1 set of buttons (fob) for it. Would mazda be able to find out what code it uses, or is it printed on the lock inside the door! does anyone make up these units once the code in known! TIA

Just get an alarm fitted. Costs less, has the extra security and comes with 2 remotes. We had a Mazda MS-8 which the old man lost the fob for, and a replacement was $800 p[lus programming. Alarm cost half that.
