I just bought a lowered VW Polo and but when I turn left the car scratches the tire and there is a loud noise. So I wanted to raise the car only few cms.
An automechanic quoted 600 bux. Fair price!

You didn't get the original springs with it, then! What model! There's a lot of good info on the VW watercooled forum, based in Aussie. These guys know things about things we didn't even know existed.

Find out where it is scrubbing, rolling the guards, smaller or narrower tyres may fix all of your problems.
