1 day would you believe. Anyway you can do a MR27 (green form from postshop/AA called change of expiry date) and you choose a date that you want to pay up to. So you could do a day, a week, a month, 2 months etc you get the idea lol

In this circumstance, I think you are liable for all of the outstanding licence fees up to the date of sale of the vehicle.

If you use a standard registration form at a postshop then its 3 months. be warned -in most postshops they wont tell you an alternative. If you request form MR27 which is request to alter licence expireydate then you can have a day or a month or 42 days if you so choose.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
