that pic was taken at my mates workshop, if you want more solid than something welded maybe try some 300 RHS!

Jazz, They can be made fairly easily so long as you have thick enough box section (Id go 3mm at least), Id make two flat squares with 45 degree cuts with four posts in between (if that makes sense). / or X bracing on the sides that don't have the wheel sitting on it can be helpful for increasing strength as well. If your ever down in christchurch i would happily weld you up a set.
