na my mates were shocked when i told them, thy couldnt work out how i could crash haha. all good just hope it doesnt happen again. ill be suuuuuper carefull now, just bugs me!

yea full insurance. covered everything. car was still running when it hit the tree but i turned it off, freaked out jumped out the window and crawled up the bank. heaps of stuff got stolen off the car too. dont wana think about that part tho ;-( insurance are going to sell the wreck and think i get money off that too as my car was worth bit more then i had it insured for. radiator was steaming abit so yea probly blown head gasket etc ;-(

they couldnt get it out, dunno how they were trying to do it! but took them ages! it ended up sliding behind the tree. went up the next day and wasnt much left ;-( ah well what goes around comes around a!

Im stumped as to the cause. Supposed they will put you through the mill over it but at least they don't have any prior dirt on you so thats a bonus. So long as you stick to your story and don't be a sap you should be fine.

With our justice system i would prepare for the worst mate. And get your story crystal clear, recite it in the mirror before your trial because they will try throw anything at you they possibly can. Good luck. you'll need it.

Glad your ok, cars are replaceable,, but careless use charge is a distinct possiblity. They see it as not driveing to the condtions.

Your only saving grace would be the officer from the scene cutting you a break. but they tend to see everything in black and white and will probably just blame you. it may be better to just take the charge as sometimes you dig yourself an even bigger hole trying to make excuses, cops tend to go on a rampage in court when you doubt them.
