There used to be a book that was around that used to list such places to get windows tinted,The book was often free and mostly delivered as well.have you tried the yellow pages!its even online!
Be aware that putting contact numbers on here is against TM rules and some people are getting warnings. For threads like this that is just silly when TM isn't going to be diddled out of a success fee!
