So I am wanting to buy a car thats in Pahiatua, and I am in gisborne.I have made an offer which has been accepted, but I want to get a pre-purchase inspection done before I go down to hand over the cash and pick the car up.So where in Pahiatua can I get one done!The current owner is going to Palmerston Nth on Saturday, but VTNZ and AA are not available to do inspections on Saturday!Arghhhh! Help.

You wouldn't want to waste your money with a VTNZ or AA 'inspection' anyway. They're altogether useless.
Perhaps someone can recommend a decent mechanic in Pahiatua to give it a good once over. But it's not like PN is a long way from Pahiatua anyway.
Okay, will try this guy, but any other recommendations would be helpful.
