1:10 at the end you see I have the 3 bends in my driveway down to an art lol. Had an exhaust leak I fixed later and a slipping clutch. Not surprisingly I blew that motor up and just did a full rebuild, only cost me $200 though so who cares.

No your incorect it was after many runs actualy! And yeah I know and there only packing a small capacity to like a tiny 6L+ compared to the masive 2.6L engine in the GTR! and in 1999 when if happend there were plenty of worked over big block chevs doing this sorta thing to so its results mean nothing really!

Go and research thermal efficiency, then you might realise the internal combustion engine we know and deal with on a daily basis is 'old dinosaur unefficient technology' no matter how many hp/l its putting out. And the 'old tech' SBC LSx still shits on most things on the road.

Where is your PROOF that a 1000 - 1200hp RB or 2JZ is a reliable daily driver. Bearing in mind that daily drivers clock up 100,000kms easily without any major issues.

my GTR has 910hp and i could drive you lot around a city and you would never no well except the thumping idle at 2k and the turbo is louder then any truck haha but 2years on and 18,000kms its built to last like many others out there will do a good 50k before a freashn up. so i dont no where you get the idea that vehicles are so unreliable with huge power!
a 2.2vtec honda would own a 3.8 commy on track ,strip,endurance,fuel consumption etc. the commy would be better for towing and comfort.
AMS tuning group are doing packages for the GTR and EVO here are some examples of why they are so superior
and do you wonder why people are buying jap cars and spending $ on them when look at the results!
dont even get me started on GT-P falcons or hsv id have to post up some turbo 1600vtecs to compare lmao

if you would like some good examples of street driven, high horsepower cars, check out the drag week event in america. they have to drive their cars to each track over a week with tight rules on what and where they can use and go. the winner is the one with the lowest average times over the 5 runs at the drags, i beleive last years was in the low 8 sec range.

The Walkinshaw has 480kw and costs less, it runs the "TWR" blower set up, uncannily similar to that of the ZR1 Vette. The W427 is far more expensive and has less power. A Walkinshaw can be had new for under $110k, depending on options.

Even if you do have the car, 18k over 2 years is less than half what the average daily use car does in this country. Hardly sounds like a "daily driver".
