Hi.We do alot of these.generally speaking they start at $500.we use a bitumin based product on the whole under side (steel and timber) we also finish the draw bar and if there is a rear "bumper" in an automotive 2k.it really depends on the design of the van and actually how rusty it is Gav

I just had a serena van done -it cost$400 but it wasn't rusty so you need to allow extra for rust removal.

15ft, surface rust, it is on all the steel parts on the underside (not sure if the whole thing is classed as the chassis), and the drawbar would have to get done too.
