ask if its legal to use this tint first,if so buy some and do it your self,its not hard,look in phone book for tint shops.

$12 spray can from the Warehouse. Write on both sides of your car:
I WANT ATTENTION! PLEASE GIVE ME ATTENTION!
This will give you the result you are after, much cheaper.

I don't know what you mean by two-tone tinting. There's nothing on that link that says two-tone.
