Fixing indicator on scooter

kazbanz, Jan 6, 11:30pm
The two problems may be related or may actually be unrelated.

The generic answer is.
1) unscrew/unclip/pop out orange cover
2) remove bulb
3) if you have access to compressed air dry the bulb holder with air. If not dry it with a rag as well as the lens/lens holder. Another option is to spray contact cleaner in there
4) lightly sand the inside surface of the bulb holder with fine sandpaper and try to sand the contact in the bottom of the bulb holder.
5)fit it back together

i think it is unrelated. the blubs were all blowing except the faulty indicator. when i used the throttle. now i can use the throttle with no bulb issues. i will give it a good clean and dry. thanks.

cleaned and dried. but still no go, I will investigate further

swap bulbs left to right. if the problem swaps the bulb is the issue if not then look deeper. att he back of the bulb holder will be two wires. trace them back and make sure they are unbroken and plugged in propperly

the wires all look attached. i have given a fairly good dry but still no luck.

left front turns on but does not flash. the other side (the right works fine) Headlight and brake work as well and function as they should.
