going from a v8 to a euro what is the best engine i see theres alot of different types 2.0 2.4 3.5 etc

Most powerful is the Accord Euro R 2.0 but the 2.4 is a good all round engine. The Accord Euros are 4cyl only, you wont find the 3.5 or any V6 for that matter in a Euro.

In fact, with a bit of patience, another MB member called 'scotty20001' knows a lot more about Accords, especially the V6 model. I'm sure he'll provide much more valuable information than me.

The 3 liter quad cammer in the mugen tuned accord makes about 3kw more than the sc Buick engine in the commodore. I don't know the actual output, I just remember the stat from a magazine article a few years ago.

They're only v6s though, the most they're ever going to make is a couple hundred kilowatts (when new and not with 80k on the dial and a lifetime of cheap maintenance).
Might as well buy the one with the best seats and stereo.
