after has started is fine for rest of day its a mitzy chariot 2ltr fuel injected takes about 2 or 3 min to start first thing in morn, but then half a crank all day. could it be auto choke!

What auto choke!It doesn't have one.How long since its had spark plugs, fuel filter and I guess what used to be called a tune up!A sticking idle control valve or gummed up throttle body could be causing too much air restriction and causing that too.

You have no clue what you are talking about taking it to a mechanic, fuel injected cars do not have a choke.

No automatic choke by name, but the ECU runs a "rich mixture" routine until normal operating temperature is reached, this is the reason why EFI cars normally "just go" even with stone cold engines.
get someone who knows whatthey are doing to check it for fault codes,check the coolant tempurature sensor
