have moved as of today got about 60% of the gear there so far 84 Falsgrave St (ex brands hatch restorations) , will be having a monster boozeup / workshop opening party for anyone interested
Beaut building, nice & light & a view of the port hills - I used to work in a cavern with no light / windows for the past 8 years so you cant believe how much difference a row of windows makes
been a huge slog moving gear with 4 mates, man sometimes I just want to crawl under something & sleep its been non stop for me since the 21st
Hoists get assessed & moved monday along with tyre machines (both fubar'ed) then its the hard road to set up a workshop with the frigging phone ringing off the hook with work to be done on cars I mean come on!!
I might just say Im shut till next week so I can get on top of this, my young bloke (nah, not my wee bloke he is only 2 & a bit lol)is doing a week as of monday so that helps him & me get the shop running ship shape
Cant wait to be working on cars again, this shovelling & shifting is not for me - my ancestors must have been used to working at chest height or reaching up lol
Will be an open invitation for all TMMBers to come to the bbq on opening, we will have a huge whiteboard for name suggestions for the new place - thats a must this year!
