Hi guys. Just wondering why Primeras tend to idle rough. Especially felt in autos when parked at the light in drive. Whats the fix for that! Thanks

Iv had 3 that have done that, and also idle low when cold, something to do with a sensor or something underneath the inlet manifold somewhere, people off here should fill you in.

The idle control valves die on SRxxDE versions, yes.It mostly shows up as hard starting when cold and stalling/too low idle speed until it warms up

Thanks! Where are these idle control valves situated! Easy and cheap to do or hard and expensive!

The AAC (idle) valve can be reconditioned. cost - $free
