It just needs to be the same as the old one. Have a look at Pick-a-Part.

engine D15b would a honda same year etc as mine that does not have vtec would that work! Thanks

So your engine is a D15b! The 1.5 SOHC vtec. Pretty sure a non vtec one won't work, there are heaps of non vtec motors from a 1.3 carbie and up from there so that is a little inspecific.
What is wrong with your dizzy! If it's a cracked cap just replace that bit

Thanks for help.we are only guessing at this stage. All i did was park it up it was going at time. Then went to start it and it turns over fine. but just wont start as tho its no spark! so thinking dizzy.we tried another rotor but no go there.was running excellent before hand.Thanks

It turned over fine. so unless the cambelt skipped a tooth or 12 while being parked up, you're a moron
