its above the front wheel - runs along the edge of bonnet. any very approximate costing would be appreciated. Otherwise next option is to repaint price! car is black 1991. the current panel has numerous dents and was previously sprayed! with matt black paint.Am in chch.

I sold one about a couple years back for $50 so you should be able to find one cheap as long as you can find one in the same colour, only takes about half an hour to an hour to change over at the most.

Around $450 minimum for a very basic job.
Why not just leave it, since the car is so old already!

thanks for the replies. ok so maybe replace panel too pricey. What would it cost to just have it repainted to match the rest of the car - which doesnt appear to be a dodgy job! also can anyone tell me what it would cost to repair key scratch along door panel - around 60cm long. also. can anyone recommend a good panel beater in chch that wont charge heaps! thanks in advance.

its the paint that costs the money the panels are probably only $100 brand new. its the painting thats costs the dollars
