How do I find out if its LSD! Its a 1997 Primera Camino CVT P11. Need a CV Joint and they want to know if its LSD or not. I have NO idea and its got no sticker or tags saying it is.

Come one. Must be a know-all somewhere that can tell me!

Check your build plate under the hood, under the trans-axle section, should be RE0F06V or something ending in V

you sure its not ABS they want to know.

I would highly doubt its LSD

I also doubt it's LSD.I've never heard of a FWD automatic LSD gearbox, let alone a CVT one.

Take the car to somewhere where they know what they are doing.

Its CVT. I dont see wtf it would be LSD either. But then my mrs friends b/f's friend said its a LSD. Wtf! Why bother, it cant skid even if you try - the CVT stops you from doing so (I know its not for doing skids but theres no other good reason to put one in a FWD).and yes alot of FWD have LSD's.alot Hondas do (some a/m).

Yeah pretty sure no cvt has the lsd.

+1 For the win
My 2 cents.RE0F06A is standard and RE0F06V is Slippery Diff

The trans axle code ends in an A so that means non-LSD! I didnt read post #3 after it was editted (so didnt see that code put inthere).
