hey all may have been discussed before but im to lazy to search

what is the law regarding WOF !
and what if any are the car yard rules to be up held,is tank of gas in the past,engine serice! odo check! etc etc

vehicle is a 06 mazda atenza,freash import,been vinned,and has many faults ive found.

its a fresh import with 32kms on clock

is a 06 old these days shesh shall i fork out more for the misses!

List the 'faults'. They may have nothing whatsoever to do with compliance but may fall under the CGA 'acceptable quality' cover.

thanks guys,car yard was really helpfull,replaced interior peices,paintless dent removal doing small dents,new wof and $50 mta vouchers.
