since 1984 8 manual & 9 auto. didnt own a car between 86 and 97 , motorcycles only in that time although did have a 2 company vans from about 93 to 97 both manual.

I've had way too many cars to list (over 50) and spent way too much money (I shudder to think) and they have been a mixture of manual, auto and cvt. I have a preference for auto transmissions these days. When I have a manual I have a tendency to turn into a geriatric hoon. There's something about a manual transmission that switches off my common sense button and invites traffic police interest.
