adjust kick down cable

Because you need a louder exhaust. And a bigger pod filter. Then it should be sweet :)

Yea adjust the kick down cable. Also put a V-Tec controler on it. and a massive wing on the back and ya should be good when it comes to downforce. :D

Maybe it isn't designed to drop into first in any circumstances.

Just putting it out there.

Alternatively you could attach a surfboard to the bootlid and paint your bonnet "rattle can matte black" (Available from Weir-House of color). That might fix the "problem".

Your car doesn't have a selectable trans mode I take it!ECO or MANU vs PWR!My car will do all it can to stay in a high gear if I have it in MANU but select PWR and the sniff of the go pedal has it chopping down gears.

Thats a Toyota. Not a Honda.

_peas, May 28, 10:03pm
Oh is that the make of car I drive!

I haven't owned a Honda, or driven an auto one before. thought they might have a similar system.Fluid level issue perhaps!

antwerp87, May 28, 10:22pm
So. Have we solved another (rare) issue with a Honda!
Well Done Team! A1

To get past all the BS and find an answer to your question you might need to go here:

(Modern efi cars don't have a kick-down cable any more, as the ecu computer controls all of that. No idea whether your 1991 Prelude will be in this category though.)

1991 is modern!
