Rear wheel bushes

hi does anyone know how u take out and replace these! i have them and a d from friend whoes willing to do it but neither of us have not done them b4. do u need bolts to attach it and how do u get them out, as i hear from someone that there hard to remove!

Sorry but the crystal ball's away for cleaning.
Cause of latest breakage was deciding what brand & model of vehicle should be quoted (was just TOO MANY) to deal with .

Get them from Repco or BNT in nolothane with the bearing centre. Been a while since Ive done them but I remember being able to do both sides in about an hour on a hoist. Takes longer to remove the arm and press them in and out but I made a puller/press that ment I could do them in place. You can also get brutal and remove/fit them with a big hammer but it takes a good eye and if you miss it can get expensive.
