its just not worth it unless its a car thats rare in aussie,you will most likely end up paying more than its worth just to get it there and will have to be in standard unmodified form otherwise you are in for more headaches-what car do you intend to ship here!

theres more red tape involved than what you really want to know about, especially if the car is less than 15 years old.If it is Australian assembled/built or otherwise was intended for that market and has the compliance plates to prove it then things are a bit easier, likewise if its older than 15 years.You have also got to have owned it for a minimum period, I think 2 years!There are also different registration rules and costs depending on what state you are going to.You need to be doing careful research on whether its even going to be allowable let alone feasible to take anything over there, there are some shipping agents that can sort things for you if it meets the right criteria.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
