Can any body help (re buying car from lot)

could any helpful person explain this as i always thought if buying a car from a sales yard you got a warranty, please don't shoot me downListing #: 365262764

Its different with an auction, although Im pretty sure they are supposed to state "as is, where is" somewhere in the ad, there are several dealers around who should be able to confirm but either way the seller has stated there are no comebacks.

The deal is that when you buy under auction you don't get the cover the law offers with the CGAetc , buying at auction is in effect buying as is where is. The warranty they speak of is simply the protection the law offers which the seller has advised clearly in his answer to a question on the auction.

not alot seems to go wrong with those cars, and with a good service including cambelt done I would say it would be at least another 12 months before problems would start to show up, and by that time the consumers gaurantees act etc wouldn't apply anyway.
