Yes, stuff for all tastes, recommend it, from Del Boy's Robin, to the first car to do 100mph, 200mph, 300 mph etc, and if the missus is with you there is women stuff to occupy her time too.

will be just me, booking train tickets at the moment, and wondering how long it would take to go through the place, I really want to see the world of top gear, its open from 10-5 so I'm thinking the whole day I guess, can never have too much car stuff

Yes, we did it easily in a day. Loved the top gear side of things, like the sailboat cars etc. The cars are amazing and even the history of the place like training spys in WW2.

Yes. Enjoyed the Haynes Motor Museum in Sparkford UK more. That was simply awesome.

Definitely a full day to take it all in and an excellent collection. If you are interested in GP & F1 cars you just have to go to Donnington to se Tom Wheatcrofts collection. It is absolutely amazing. Edited to add http://www.donington-park.co.uk/about-donington/the-donington-grand-prix-collection/

Its in Hampshire, great place I went there in 1984, Rothmans escort was in the foyer. spent a bit of time in the grounds, I am sure it will be a lot better than it was in 84

Also used to have a V16 BRM and one of the Stirling Moss/FangioMercedes F1 cars of 1954/55.Not sure if they are still there.Several Mini specials including the Outspan orange. You'll love it.

Must get down there again myself and may even make it this year, as my youngest brother lives at Bournemouth, not too far away.

I went in Sept 2009 and I know where all my photos are!
Anyone who goes should take plenty of camera storage card space and spare batteries.
