a subaru outback 2004, when i unlock the car, it unlocks all but the back passanger door. The kiddy lock is off. Is there any easy ways to fix this,

Take door panel off and get in there with a multimeter, check to see if there is power getting to the solenoid, if there is then probably a crook solenoid (check resistance across terminals) if there is no power getting there then you will be in for a fun ride of troubleshooting anything and everything which could be causing the lack of power to the door.
Sometimes the flexing of the wires as they go into the door causes them to break so that would be the first point to look at if there is no power

Remember that the solenoid will only get power when the doors are locking or unlocking. It may be a small servo motor instead of a solenoid too but same testing applies
