Many hours spent getting to this stage, just needs some trim and we're done.

Hey pollymay, are you using SolidWorks! How do you find working with it!

love it for some things, hate it for others. For structural things like designing a tube frame chassis I find it unbeatable, I've used structural members to do that before and I even could pull the weight of the chassis up accurately by using the correct method and could on the fly change things very very easily down to just changing the tube sizing in 30 seconds to see weight changes.
For surface modelling like I've done there it's a pain, quite hard. I've never done a course in surfaces and in fact most of the things I've done are self taught. That car took many hours, the MR2 is a prick of a curvy car. However the self achievement of doing something challenging is rewarding plus I can print off some wicked drawings/wireframe pics for my wall
Doing one with the car cutaway and the engine cutaway to would be awesome.

Cheers man. The au doesnt look as tidy now unfortunately. Using it as a towing unit has meant a few knocks. Also has rust along roof. Luckily brother is car painter ;)

Nice, as hard as finding a early RX7 untouched. I remember driving the first BMFRs 1600s, Mazda got their staff to run them in before becoming rally cars (plate ML8586) I think Ray Wilson got it. One of them was rolled!

Mine's listed so click my name. Not sure if the price is realistic but. I don't care, if no one wants it I get to keep it.

My 1995 Mitsi Diamante 30M, 3l quad cam Mivec V6. added a strait thru rear muffler with a butterfly just prior to it, that is semi closed at low revs to control drone, and at 4000rpm opens fully for maximum flow (intake butterflys change from long to short runners at 4500rpm, mivec change is at 5200 rpm) http://i694.photobucket.com/albums/vv302/robssei/95%20Diamante%2030M/21092011.jpg
