Use a car wash designed for cars, Jazz is right with the farecla product, another really nice wax is made by Kemopro, canuba wax, no silicons and really easy to apply.

turtle wax ice, say no more.

Easy. Paint it matt grey

@amie10 ahhh NO not into grey lol.Well when im in town picking up the new SUV I will get some good cleaning products not from Repco etc many thanks for all the thoughts on this. I guess it will be trial and error, I will have to get better at washing as I always seem to miss spots

I have a black car and wash and polish with Mothers, and you can get it from Repco. Check my profile, I always get comments on my shiny car. Mothers car wash, mothers polish, mothers leather conditioner, mothers polisher.

Wow! that is shiny.I see you have the stubby model, great for parking ;)

Oh gee.

Come on Jazz. OK Farecla is awesome. Yes I know.

But the fact is Farecla does not have a synthetic/silicone product.

You seem to be an automotive expert on everything under the the sun.

But come on.Please don't try and tell anyone the Farecla final wax product is better and easier to use than the the likes of Turtle Wax Iceor Meguires Gold.

Indeed.
