it means they dont have a record of money owing. you can do more on carjam.co.nz purchase 12$ report and so .

make sure you also text the full chassis number to the PPSR also, not just the registration plate number. There have been many many cases where the security is only lodged on the VIN number and not the rego plate number.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
