yea same thing just taht it probably wont run right if battery is no good after it be missing coughing with not enough power for ignition as they have not so powerfull alternators to compensate.

A car battery will have more staying power so don't continuously wind her over if she won't start because you will cook it.

YES you can but if the bike battery is goosed its not a good plan carrying on riding it
