Actually jokes aside, I don't think its that much of a bargain. I recently bought an absolutely pristine Citroen for similar money with much less km's and the same year. My Marea wagon (also same year) was only $1200 and its done 120K and in very nice condition with new rubber all round.
I suppose if you only look at Japanese cars it might look better.
