Seller goes to whever issues plates these days (VTNZ!) and fills out a form.Takes the plates with them to show they have them (I think).
They get issued with a brand new set of plates and not sure what the cost is.$14! $20!They attach the new plates to the vehicle and keep the PP.They also get a replacement rego sticker with new plate number.
