I just said to the mechanic the above work has not been done for ages and car is chewing up gas and sluggish when driving.I need to know price so I can start saving lol.

Quite easily. Tuneup = new sparkplugs.
Most euro stealerships will run you $200 for an oil and filter change. Add in a set of platinum sparkplugs an an airfilter and it would be easily $330.
