Id expect them to cancel and start again. making changes and ammendments is messy, and confusing, and likely to end in tears later on. kill the auction, start fresh, and clear.

Thanks for that well thought out reply. I guess the idea would be to start a new auction first so you hgave the reference number then kill the old auction with an in depth explaination. To be clear the $35 isn't the issue. Its about doing the right thing. "a company" previously used option A thinking it was the most honourable thing to do but I see what you mean. Mind you I think no matter what you do you wont please everyone
