Okay so I see a car advertised on TM. It looks nice. I put the plate number into Carjam and it comes up as being registered to an entirely DIFFERENT vehicle! Is this likely to be, stolen, dodgy, or an error!

They're NOT personalised plates and the vehicles aren't even the same make.

FBA is a fairly new plate.Whats the bet the dimbulb at rego issued the wrong plate or some dimbulb at a dealership stuck it on thge wrong car!

It just seems weird. I already have an Integra, and want to upgrade hence Iooked at that one, I really love the colour. Had a look at Carjam and thought hmmmm. wasn't sure whether to contact seller or not.

You're right! Put in FBA 138 into Carjam and it comes up with. Honda Integra 2002. why would they change the plates!

The plates are shopped in the picture, probably to stop crims from tracing where the vehicle is registered to and stealing it. I suppose the seller thought it looked better than just 'twinking' the plates out completely.
Interesting they are selling a HONDA INTERGA though. Never heard of that model before.

I guess if they wanted to protect their identity they could have just concealed the plates altogether, plenty of people do. It's put me off even contacting them to be honest.
