A fit wont usually come with a rear cargo blind. A 04 onwards jazz has a 3 point belt in the center rear whereas the fit doesn't. The fit has a two position reclining rear seat backrest and the jazz doesn't. The fit could come as a 1.5 manual where the 1.5 jazz are all cvt. There are no 1.3 manual fits but there are 1.3 manual jazz. A fit might come with HID lights. Not an option on jazz.
