A mate has a complete running 1994 Honda Accord that has just run out of wof and rego.
I rang the local scrap metal dealer after seeing posts here about good prices for cars. They offered me $130 if the car is complete.
Is this thenormal sort of price for a complete car!

Stick a rotary in it, advertise it for $20,000 "runs mint, needs little work for wof, no rego, too many projects blah blah blah ".seems the thing to do.

It aint worth any more unless you want to warrant it and slap some rego on it, its just another old dunger

It's worth $1500 to $2000 with a wof and rego. Even as it is now you will probably get 6 to 8 hundy on a $1 reserve auction.

Got 250 yesterday for a complete vehicle, they said it has dropped but better than nothing.
Easier than selling as is, then having some one moaning you sold them a lemon three months later.

$1 reserve the beast. You'll get more than scrap for that. Just be honest, people still buy real piles to fix up.
I should know, I buy the biggest piles of all.

Sell as a demo derby car.As long as it goes forwards and backwards ok you'll get more than scrap value.
