Mk3 ford mondeo central locking fault - help pleas

we have a 2001 mk3 mondeo ghia saloon. Central locking locks then immediately unlocks using the key fob. Am I right to think its the drivers side actuator/motor that needs replacing! Have read online on the talkford forums but differing answers. Thanks.

Could be any of the four doors. Stand next to each door and put your ear near the handle and cycle the locks. One of them will try to cycle or sound different to all the others or not make any noise at all, that door will be the faulty one.
