Car Shows in the States - Aug/Sept 2012

Planning on a bit of a tiki tour of there about then, heading for the Salt. Anyone know of any shows worth checking. Rods & Sleds & exciting stuff like that. Seems like most of the good stuff is earlier in the year.

have a look at the Henry Ford Museum, Dearborn, Michigan,and see the Allegheny Locomotive . Then go and see the Hershey Swap meetearly October Saturday car show ,

hot august nights is awsum, and when its finished you can go straight up to the salt with half the speedweek left. the swapmeet at Renois awsum as well and take a trip up to Virginia city for a beer in a cowboy saloon and a wander round boot hill cemetary,watch for rattlers, up to the ponderosa for us older telegoons and/or lake Tahoe for a quick R&R.
