I agree with the OP. one of the reasons I don't post many questions here is that I see how genuine people are treated when they ask a genuine question. Often 90% of the replies are just putting the poster down, or just rubbish comments that don't help at all. Really disappointing.

It's become the pervasive culture of the internet I'm afraid - "keyboard bullies" who gain a sense of power or importance by attacking others in a space where there's little chance of negative consequences. Facebook, and moreso Twitter, are perfect practice grounds.

there are several of us sitting on the sidelines who come here to read useful advice, and contribute only when we think we have something useful. These ongoing posts by people slagging each other off just get glanced over - I don't care who is apparently a nark or not, who is in cahoots with who, and who blindly loves VW group products and who doesn't.
Just pointing that out - if you got over yourselves a little, there might be more people interested in joining in useful chat more often.

Until narky decides to annoy you on purpose. Or until you start receiving warnings for very petty stuff and trademe explains that its because some one is reporting you. Oh but who cares, its only warnings! Until you are told its your final warning before you're chat banned from trademe for ever, and its all over narky either following you around reporting anything trivial he can report you for.
Some how I think when it happens to you, you will start to think differently.

Why do you feel the need to specifically snipe on him! Sure i might not agree withthat is said by anyone everything but that is life.
