Just wondering what kind of car it is. It looks like a Mercedes-Benz CLS350 but I could be another make or model. The back window is very dark and seems to extend right over the roof to the front windscreen.

Yes it could be that as well. I'll see if he drives past my neighbour's house for the 4th time at 4am.
