If its a early 90's one it should fit, from 95 on probably not.

Funny how Jazz hasnt tried to tell you to put a vw seat in cos they are far superior and you will have a far better ride.

Yes but why youd want too i dont know. From memory the rear holes dont line up and you have to drill holes and put a doubler plate under the floor . I did it the other way around. The worst you can do is try it.
