I bought an online Ducato manual a few years back and it was a pretty poor effort to say the least! I get most of my Ducato servicing info from http://www.fiatforum.com/ducato/

robbief, Usually modern Fiat's are covered by an "elearn" electronic manual. Have a search for "Ducato Elearn". Usually available from a certain international buy/sell website for a few dollars, not sure how legitimate those copy's are but the sellers seem to be allowed to do it (as they hang around on the site), so read into that what you will and make your own decisions accordingly.
