Might be a COF inspector thats fainted or died laughing, one of the two. Its not good buying for any of the sellers suggested future uses.

$12k is hardly cheap for an old SB3. If you wanted a granny flat there are much better (and cheaper) options. Having an old bus sitting rusting on your back lawn isn't very cool.
