PF97--Sorry to break it tou you but "just painting scratches" isn't a normal practice for a professional painter. The main reason is that the results are usually at best average.It would be more normal to paint that panel or at least section of the panel. BUT -still go to them because you may find a really good wet sand then cut then polish will remove most of the scratches and then a small pencil touch (brush paint) will make the scratches all but invisible. I'd see if you have "touch up guys" in your area.
