No, you need to adjust it at the slave cyl, thats if there is an adjustment. Adjusting the pedal height wont achieve anything. Is the clutch slipping! What is the vehicle.

that silver nut move that away towards the other nut that wil give more travel to the pedal thats how i see it. you move the other nut also to lock them up again after.

somone been messing with it befor as the silver nut is probably not original. the peadl will be lower this way but it wont change the actual travel distance from how mutch it takes to disengage the clutch on the engine flywheel. as per post 2 you would need to shorten the slave cilinder actuator rod or move the slave cilinder away to give more travel what ever is possibile . if non is possible then your clutch is probably due for renewing soon.

Thanks for the replies guys. Will see what adjusting the silver nut and the one beside it further back does. I couldn't decide whether having the rod closer into the pedal or further back would cause the clutch to be engaged sooner or later.if that makes any sense. Yeah car is at 220K km's and has had a handful of male leaner stick shift drivers on Dunedin hills ;) It's not slipping at all yet, just a personal preference thing.
