first.making the radio/CD work.press the PWR button and its blank.press it again and it says OFF.was told it did not go because the battery was taken out and the anti-theft device in it needs to be reset with a 4 digit code.looked at the handbook.CODE is supposed to flash up when you start.but it doesn't.any ideas !
