Here they are in all versions. There were a few 4 door ones and various other 2 door and wagon models in NZ 40+ years ago too, I used to work on a couple of them. https://www.google.co.nz/search?q=mazda+1300&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=D1ZEVefxKMH6mQX2zYHgAw&ved=0CBwQsAQ&biw=1280&bih=728 Those bodies were used in various capacities of 4 cyl piston engines(1000,1200 & 1300cc) as well as the R versions with 10A rotary engines. The name Savanna rings a bell, maybe the R100 developed into it. not sure but I have seen one or two in my time?
I know because I wrecked a couple and also did the 1300 wagons as well as a host of RX2 & 3 cars etc.,

Savanna was the tag applied to JDM versions of the later RX rotary cars, including the RX7. Which were basically the replacements for the above model along with what we know as the 808 with the piston engines.

Yep that's right I remember now, thanks for clarifying frank123, I do recall the 808/RX3 shape with Savanna name tags on some of them. The 808's were a popular model actually, lots of them about back in the 1970's-80's. RX3's were quite common too. My folks had a Mazda 616 1.6 litre SOHC (RX2 shape) for a couple of years in the mid 1970's, went well too.
